a. MailerLite Newsletter: This platform manages the Company's newsletter. Subscriber data is stored on MailerLite servers, and subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Inactive subscribers are removed annually.

b. Bonsai - Business Management Platform: This platform provides clients with individual portals to view their coaching plan and progress, schedule sessions, access invoices, complete forms, and sign contracts and proposals. Bonsai handles client name, email address, phone number, and time zone.

c. YouCanBook.Me - Online Scheduling Software: This software manages appointments for coaching clients who choose not to use the Bonsai platform. Data collected is used for scheduling and communication purposes and is retained for the duration of the coaching relationship.

d. Stripe - Payment Processing Platform: This payment processing platform securely handles payments for coaching services. Payment information is collected through YouCanBook.Me (or Bonsai) and securely transmitted to Stripe for processing.

Alternative Payment Method: Clients may opt to bypass online booking and payment, and may instead contact Jura Glo directly to arrange for payment via bank transfer.
